People will always advise you to make the most of something because "nothing lasts forever," but in history, there’s been a few things that have proved this claim invalid. One of those things is fashion.
Throughout all of humanity, distinctions between cultures have come in such beautiful, yet natural ways. The indigenous tribes (past & current) killed animals and used their skin/fur to keep themselves warm during the frigid autumn & winter seasons.
Some pieces from the past from the past have unintentionally been preserved in nature, and we just so happen to be the lucky ones that get to look back & reflect on not only how far we’ve come, but the different trends in history that all were considered ‘cool’ at one point.
Here we arrive at the principle of the controversial claim ‘nothing lasts forever.’ Sure, what’s cool may not be cool forever, but at the core, the idea itself is everlasting.
